I pride myself in supporting the requirements to build a new and exciting Saudi Arabia. With a presence in both the UK and Riyadh, I are well versed on the Vision 2030 initiative and what this entails for the future development of the country. My primary focus is to support foreign businesses and organisations with their expansion into Saudi Arabia. This includes developing the right strategy and assisting them with 'boots on the the ground' during the implementation phase.
I arrange hosted delegations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranging from 3 - 5 days in duration. The itinerary will be bespoke to the client's requirements and includes meetings with both the private and public sectors.
Strategic Planning
With over 25 years consulting experience in the GCC region, I help guide a foreign company to develop their expansion strategy, navigating the business culture, local laws and nuances associated with conducting business in Saudi Arabia.
Project Management
When entering a new market identifying the right expertise to implement the strategy can often be a challenge. I guide and support each client providing dedicated proejct management resource on the ground.
Partner Relations
We will work together to identify the right local partners, the correct legal structure and facilitating meetings in the Kingdom.
Business Development
Supporting a client locally to secure contracts providing Executive Business Development (EBD). This includes access to key decision makers in both the Public and Private sectors.
